But i do remember since my parents were strict about explicit music I'd call my friend up and he'd play a track on limewire and hold the receiver up to the speakers lol

i mention this story before...but i got my spot blown trying to call a chick back in middle school....i had got her number and i had been hitting her up during the weekend but no one was home..i called like 7-8 times that afternoon..why? dont know ..never left a message so i was good...or so i thought..later in the evening the phone rings and its the chick's mother..my dad picked up..she was like whoever has been calling, the number is all over the caller id..im like ..caller id was a new thing..i didnt know anybody who had it..it was my luck lol...shyt was awkward because the chick's mom wanted to know why i was calling and i made up some halfhearted excuse saying "homework"..then chick fronted on me saying to her mom she never gave me her number ...it was embarrassing..then having to makeup some excuse to my folks on what happened and them giving me the lecture to keep my mind in the books.

thank goodness in high school my dad had a second line put in for the internet in the home office and a phone that had 2 mailboxes with passwords that my parents couldnt access to hear my messages

I remember one time I was feeling this female in 8th grade, and lucky for me she was my home boys cousin. So I told him I'm digging her and to put me on. He was like aight, let me call her on 3-way and see what she thinks about you.
