A Villa Straylight.
I read a book about literary criticism some years ago and one of the points that was made is that there is the “one big story.” And every book or movie is just a retelling of that one big story. Which is why it should be no surprise that you can take two very different books or movies and the same themes reverberate throughout. Essentially telling the same story with different characters.

For instance Ferngully and Pocahontas is just a retelling of Romeo and Juliet or Antony and Cleopatra, which is a retelling Solomon and Sheba or Adam or Eve.
Probably a Joseph Campbell book you read.

If you know you know:sas1:

The boy who lived=the one

a prophecy that is in question was Harry really the chosen one in the prophecy and was Neo really the One?

Both came back to life

Morpheus = Dumbledore

they both didn’t know who they when they were discovered but became badasses at the end

the Matrix= The Muggle World

Hogwarts= Zion

Neo Trinity Morpheus = Harry Hermione and Ron

Humans = Muggles & Mudbloods

Death Eaters = Agents

Smith = Voldemort

Similar colour palette and lighting for both of the worlds
