It's good & bad at the same time.

For the fan, it's great because as mentioned, you have a shorter time period before Sunday to watch a game.

For the players & teams: You don't really have time to rest or get over that Sunday beating.

Thirdly, the only reason I could see a fan having a problem w/ this is what I said above or they don't have NFL Network which more people will come along w/ the deal Time Warner just signed.

It's cool to have it but I often miss all or most of Thursday night games due to a variety of factors including homework or other programming or thirty thursday

Sunday afternoon is so fukking perfect. It's ridiculous. I will literally sit in front of the TV and watch games/RedZone for seven straight hours and usually catch the night game as well
