I noticed typically the top teams are teams where their line plays 16+ games. Not too many are going to the playoffs and winning SB with their 2nd and 3rd string oline guys.

That drop off to go against starting elite defensive is drastic

We should have dropped one of those TE slots and kept Marcell Harris. Dude could play safety and slot in as a depth CB if needed.

dude, its 2019. being an athlete at a safety spot is simply not enough for anything. harris was getting shat on by third stringers last thursday, taking bad angles and missing tackles.

Jim Harbaugh's 49ers were really unlucky not to win a super bowl. SMH I didn't even remember all them bullshyt calls Seattle got in their favor. I'm glad he mentioned the PI the Ravens got away with and then you add egregious decision by the refs to not allow a clear fumble recovery by the niners in the Giants game.

Weirdly enough i think its the other way around. Not saying you are wrong in your thought process its just most of the coverage responsibilities fall on the cornerbacks more than the safties and the safties are the last line of defense
