Sometimes I think Kyle is too smart of his own good, for lack of a better term. Like, dude seems to be attempting to think a move ahead of his opponent, but he assumes everyone thinks like him. So he thinks himself out of going with the thing that would most likely work, assuming they'll counter that.
They haven't been able to counter the run well the whole game. Why would you throw it?
Moreover, there's too much goddamned motion before these plays. If they get to that point with 20-25 left, they shoulda audibled out of the shotgun and ran it. There's too much going on and adjustments can't ever be made.
