Coleman has no vision. It's like dude knows he's not as fast, so he gets impatient at the holes and runs up the back of blockers. Dude is trying to cheat mentally to cover for loses in his physical ability, but he's never had great vision like that. He's a liability on the field at this point.

He's more of a threat out of the backfield. Not having Brieda was making Kyle rely on Coleman more, but now that Mostart is emerging having Coleman as a change of pace back is ideal.

But that's the thing, cuh... Everything Coleman is supposed to provide, he's been overshadowed in those areas. I'd argue he's our weakest rusher. And when it comes to catches out of the backfield... I mean, Wilson's won a game for the team doing that, and Mostert did way more with that toss than I believe Coleman could have. You just can't be effective if your vision is shot.

He had Bourne there on that route. It wouldn't have been a TD likely, but it damn sure woulda been a first. And with the run game being what it's been... I feel like red zone is gonna be less of an issue that usual. I don't think Jimmy trusts anyone not Sanders, Kittle or Deebo at this point. And the worry there is if he locks in. He's been doing well distributing the ball around - that has to continue. The team isn't the kind of team that should have a "#1 WR", ironic considering the years of SF trying to find out. I think it works better as a team thing - dudes buy in.
