Bruh, in state tuition is funded by taxes and sometimes the lotto...but if we're talking about places like Georgia with a population of 10 million, 400,000 of them are illegal immigrants.

I don't think they are getting an advantage over another potential applicant. I see what you're saying, but i don't see how it creates an advantage for the illegal immigrant. A strain on the economy? Maybe, like i said, i need to do some more research on that.
