What kind of personal information do these illegal immigrants use to prove who they are? No birth certificate, no Mexican ID, no passport.
So, you could possibly get a California driver's license under a false identity. Then, live a second life.
Think about it. I could go to California, go to a DMV and get a driver's license as Juan Ramirez Santana Alvarez, birth date of 1-2-1998. Then, redo life as a Mexican starting at 18 years old. Take a GED and pass that test with ease. Take some ESL (English as a Second Language) classes and pass that faster than anyone. People would give me weird looks as I look way older than 18 and I can't speak Spanish that well.

But the "California was part of Mexico" argumeny is silly, Spain stole that land from the natives of that area (many of whom are still around) then Mexico briefly had control of that land when they gained independence from Spain.
If you want to use the "they're indigenous to this continent" argument, can someone from Russia move freely to Italy because they're both indigenous to Europe? Can someone from Ghana move freely to Botswana because they're both indigenous to Africa?

I'm not sure if this is true. A girl I talk to told me Mexican isn't an option on documents as an ethnicity. I think white is the default option. If that's the truth then there's some serious propaganda being pushed in Mexico.

I worked with 4 dudes that couldn't speak English. These nikkas had fresh social security cards and drivers licenses. shyt was wild. I can't even get mine (SSN) sent to me due to strange birth circumstances.
