But, its because there was never any boundaries - in terms of being Black American/AA.

All you had to do was have black skin and move to America and they felt they could opt in and claim it - whenever they wanted - at the same time - keeping their ethnicity sacred and exclusive to their people/culture/ethnicity/tribe/lineage.
