This is going to be remembered as another example of how not to do a remake.

If Utah starts the movie being an "EXTREME ATHLETE" (absolutely corny using that phrase to begin with) then what is the fukking point :mindblown:

Also, the Bodie is just some foreign pretentious douchey hipster, he has none of the wild charisma Schwayze had :beli:

And the new Utah, in their aim to find someone with Keanu's qualities, they just found a terrible actor instead :dead:

Wow, just looked at the people responsible. First time director with a 100m budget, and written by the same guy who penned the Total Recall remake, because that was such a success he clearly knows what he's doing :heh:
already know this movie gonna be ass without even watching a trailer or seeing the movie

has hollywood lost faith in its ability to market anything? that can be the only reason for remaking stuff that doesnt even really have pent up demand like this one. nobody was clamoring for a point break remake, LOL.
