How is veganism a thing in 2019?
Babies are born into this world in a ketogenic state because they’re drinking raw milk (Breast milk is raw milk). I forget the substance/enzymes name but this substance/enzymes during breast feeding makes sure that all the cholesterol in breast milk is absorbed, digested and assimilated. Majority of our sex hormones are made from cholesterol. Protein, minerals and nutrients in plants aren’t bioavailable like they are in animal protein/fat sources. Take Vitamin A for example, only available from animal sources especially the prized liver. There has never been a human gather or civilisations that were all vegans. Veganism was only used by Hindus as they considered it equivalent to a fast; it was never their main diet. Hindus/Indians love Ghee and dairy based products. Veganism is basically fasting, it helps cleanse the body but until a certain point when the cleanse is done. The body needs essential proteins, fats and minerals, if it cannot get it from the diet, the body starts to cannibalize itself. All traditional societies cherished animal fats and proteins sources. A lot of fruits and vegetables are indigestible; meaning that damage the gut lining and cause autoimmune diseases. The human body was never designed to run on plants as it goes against our whole physiology. And no I’m not anti-carb or anti-plant but to suggest humans should solely run on vegetation is criminal.
Pescatarian makes sense but straight veganism is injurious.
Give it another 10-15 years and this veganism nonsense will completely boil over. More and more people will be coming out of the woodworks to elaborate and example the damaging effects of veganism.
Can't believe with all the knowledge in the world, we are still stuck on nutrition. Doubting the importance of animal protein and fat sources is felonious.
Drink a cup of raw milk, have some egg laden in raw butter, enjoy your sushi and treasure that rib eye.
