what gets me is how all these folks basically ride along with anything that is popular even if that shyt doesn't make sense or is questionable. i never seen a respected medical professional or science cosign a vegan or vegetarian diet. whenever i see someone bragging about that shyt, it's usually because they have a huge ego or try to be on some elitist shyt, "i'm better than you because i'm a vegan and you're not". it's crazy seeing how people are willing to do whatever to keep their ego high.

it's very annoying.

Proper diets require certain levels of vitamins/nutrients, protein, fat, etc. You can get all of that with a vegan diet. None of this is exclusive to meat. This is basic science, fam.

You can get all the protein, iron, zinc, etc the body needs without meat. That's really all this comes down to. IMO if there is a downside to veganism it's the downside of lazy veganism. Might as well call it Cory Booker veganism: people who eat a LOT of processed vegan food, eat out at vegan restaurants instead of cooking, and just don't have a balanced diet. That shyt isn't healthy. But if you're cooking your food and eating right...there are no downsides to veganism as long as you reach your nutrient goals.

I'm not vegan. I eat a lot of eggs and fish. I haven't cooked meat in years, just because I don't like dealing with uncooked meat during the cooking process. But I'll eat a hamburger or steak at a restaurant or someone else's house.

I remember when that happened. Funny as shyt. A lot of these vegans are just like these fitness channels. They don't even live up to the same lifestyle that they sell on YouTube. They be claiming to be Raw vegans while eating steak and lobster on the weekends.

you can't just eat one type of plant, you have have seeds, nuts, grains, and fruits everyday to get the protein found in meat, and its only in the meat because animals eat those plants so they have those nutrients in them, you see big ass cows eat nothing but grass lmao, Gorillas are vegetarians and are the biggest strongest bipedal animals

You will gain more muscle eating nothing but bananas for a month than eating hamburgers lmao

You can be perfectly fine eating fruits and vegetables, and thats it

You really are only suppose to eat one meal a day, that's why most people in west are unhealthy and have all types of bacteria and toxins in their corpses.

A lot of "fit people" think they are healthy because they may be lean, and look like they are in shape, took a dexa scan and it says they only have 10 percent body fat, etc

but there's two different types of fat, its the fat you can physically see and the fat thats wrapped around your organs lmao
