It's hilarious how animated some posters are over "men in womens sports" and how no one seems to care if there are trans men in mens sports.

As for those trans women in sports in my view if they are getting any sort of hormone treatment they are not going to have the testosterone advantage people think. In pharmacy I've interacted with a decent amount of trans patients and most of the trans women are on estradiol and spironolactone. The former is estrogen and the latter while used to blood pressure/water retention it has a side effect of blocking testosterone. It gets presented to the public that these are just men who put on a sports bra and sign up for womens sports to dominate and it's not the case.

That aside the bottom line is this, you can not let this distract you from the political malpractice of the democratic party that got us here. Remember the just a few weeks ago we had Chuck Schumer voting in favor of the budget resolution even though most of the party in congress was against it and you know what it did? It helped allow Trump to push this ridiculous tariff stuff that tanked the market all while continuing with the firing of government employees something Schumer said voting in favor of it would stop.

We have a problem in the party and it isn't support of trans rights.

Lie about what? If they are getting transgender care they are on those meds and won't have high testosterone levels. It seems like that's what the article you posted says it wants them to have low levels so they should have the meds to meet those requirements.

Look, most of us are "live and let live" type people. Things cross the line when they start to look unfair. And saying "things are only unfair some of the time" doesn't dismiss that. We legislate all kinds of things that are rare in practice.

Women can speak for themselves. It's funny watching people suddenly pretend to care about the integrity of women's sports because of this shyt. There are trans men too who compete in men's sports and guess what? They get destroyed too.

Women and the organizers who allow trans people to compete do not care about them being in the sport because it does not matter. Estrogen and various other drugs trans people pump into their system can make them weaker than the competition and anyone who actually cares about the issue has looked it up and seen the details.
