There are J.Cole fans that had a problem with "Cole World"

It simply wasn't his best projects. His mixtapes prior to Cole World gave us fans too high of expectations for his Solo Debut Album. He had some dope ass songs (Lost Ones, Gods Gift , D and D3 n a few more). Also,many recycle status bin songs too. If you took the best songs off the warm-up , come-up and FNL, it would totally shyt on that album.

It didn't really flow together as well. And it didn't have any classic cuts. There are songs on FNL and The Warmup that I still bump to this day. Cole World though? Eh....I might listen to Rise and Shine almost like that. That's about it tho

Wasnt a big fan of Cole World, only listened to it twice to be quite honest. Ive already been on record saying I dont fukk with the production and I dont fukk with J.Cole as a producer (he has a few decent beats here and there but he aint that tight to be producing entire projects by himself). Call me ignorant but all his raps are about being good to women and surviving the struggle of becoming a rapper (shyt gets mad boring after a while). Then J.cole's rapping skills are very average to me in all areas. Most rappers standout in certain areas but I cant pinpoint anything he stands out in (his flow is ehh, not that great as a techinical rapper, charisma ehh, presence is ehh, emotion is ehhh, lyrics are slightly above average). J.cole to me is like a Jack of all trades artist but master of none. His production varies to from subpar to slightly above average and in his rapping skills he's average and doesnt really standout in a certain aspect.

EDIT: I suppose he's an above average story teller I'll give him that
