Inactivity and moving up in weight is what ultimately caused me to keep him off the list. Same reason I kept Broner off the list (moving up in weight class)

And I'm a big fan of Gamboa, which is why it was hard for me not to put him on the list. But at the same time I gotta call a spade a spade

Now Yawn, you weren't chosen, but I've decided to keep your input anyway because as you said in the very beginning, you're the only person besides myself who could do all 17 divisions. There were also a number of folks chosen who've chosen not to participate. For the moment you'll be the only exception, and I'm posting this here instead of in private because I don't want people thinking the entire voting process was for nothing.

I repeat, there will be no other exceptions unless FIRST stated by me well ahead of time. Anyone else posting their lists who were not specifically chosen will be ignored for now, but as we get moving I will be more flexible
