People really don't like Froch and I think it has a lot to do with the fact that he's ugly, white, boisterous, and has an ugly style but I agree with everything you just posted. Technically he's not a pretty boxer with a leaky defense to say the least and did get dropped hard in his last fight, but he recovered and stopped Groves in what some people say was controversial, but I've re-watched the fight a couple times and Groves wasn't gonna see the 12th, Froch was in kill mode and he's one of the best finishers in boxing, period. Groves fans shouldn't be upset IMO, cause it sounds like he's about to get a shot at the throne (Andre Ward). He's the WBA & IBF Champ at 168, 4-0 in his last 4 fights after losing to the best boxer not named Floyd, exposed Lucian Bute/Beat Yusaf Mack/Avenged his loss to Mikkel Kessler and DID NOT go life and death with him in that fight/got up off the deck and turned the tide in the Groves fight to secure a...albeit premature..stoppage over another undefeated fighter.
If that's not enough to get u in the top 10, then what is?
What makes the entire process more difficult than it should be is this asinine Berlin Wall between TR/HBO and GB/ST.......#1 be on one side, #2 on the other, so on and so fourth.....Meh, in the end p4p lists are nothing short of justifiable fukkery viewed individually. For instance...
Donaire loses once to one of the greatest amateur boxers off all time, and is dropped from the top 10 completely even though he was still able to stop a guy that nobody seems to be able to KO (Vic) but him (although he was losing beforehand, just not as bad as Froch was to Groves before the fukkery)
Stevenson goes on a KO hot streak and wins an undisputed title in the process and still doesn't crack the top 10.
I can understand Froch being in the top 15, but I'll just have to respectfully disagree with him being top 10 p4p especially if we going off of what happened in 2013.
It's all good though. That's what makes p4p lists interesting because everybody's view is unique.

I'ma keep it trill with you, the only superfights we'll see in 2014 are probably:
Marco Huck vs. Yoan Pablo Hernandez
Canelo Alvarez vs. Erislandy Lara
Let's be reality........Unless "Money" plan on facing Lara, he ain't fighting at 154 no time soon, or ever again. Canelo/Alvarez would be for the #1 crown at 154.This is true. It's like having 2 different boxing leagues.
I wouldn't even call those 2 matches super fights. More like good fights that should be made.
How about Lara bum ass rematch a average ass fighter like Molina who he walked away from a gift draw with before we start putting him into the Floyd conversation.......Let's be reality........Unless "Money" plan on facing Lara, he ain't fighting at 154 no time soon, or ever again. Huck and Hernandez been dancing around each other for years for 200lb supremacy, this puts all questions to a cease and we'll have a definite #1.
Sure, why notHow about Lara bum ass rematch a average ass fighter like Molina who he walked away from a gift draw with before we start putting him into the Floyd conversation.......
Lets not overrate to Trout post Cotto, and pre Lara I have screamed over and over Trout is a shytty c level fighter. Lara winning vs Trout meant little it was impressive. Lara has ways to go.......
Sure, why not
Winner would still have to go through Canelo

The Provodnikov disrespect can
So you thought he was food vs a corpse and nearly lost but is touting his so called skillFroch is good as hell. I didnt include him in my top 10, but he couldve easily been there over Canelo or B-Hop on my list. Its like Tarver said. You look at the guy on tape and you say there's no way this guy can beat me. Then you get in the ring and find out he is better than he looks. I thought he was food for Taylor and after that win he gained a lot of confidence....not that he didnt have it already. Ward will beat him, but thats the only 168lber I would likely favor over him. Still, we may be overrating Froch a bit and I wont argue with anyone who says he doesnt belong. Why? Because Kessler has ALWAYS been overrated. Bute overrated to a degree. Groves undefeated at the time and likely overrated. Mack has always failed whenever he stepped up to world class opposition. The names look good on paper but it may be more of an indictment on the parity or lack thereof at 168.
