Happened to me too. Felt lucky it wasnt taken off my doorstep.

let us know what you think of the X when you get a chance.
Early impressions….
The controller while virtually identical to the Xbox one, has some nice textured triggers that make the controller overall feel slightly better in the hand.
UI is incredibly underwhelming. I don’t know why I didn’t realize that the UI was going to be 100% identical to the Xbox one UI. Not the end of the world but doesn’t have that feeling of being on a whole new console like you get going from ps4 to ps5. Also, the UI feels just as clunky as it did on the Xbox one.
As far as games go which is what matters most, I’ve only played halo reach and ms flight sim.
Halo reach looks and feels amazing.
Ms flight sim early impression is mixed with me and I’ll need more time with it to make a determination on it.

You can do a lot to tweak the main menu & guide menu I'd recommend playing with the settings for a bit. I pretty much took everything off the Home Screen except a Group for all my streaming services and the current games I'm playing and then another couple sections for GamePass & the Store. Keeps everything neat and all in one place for me

Yeah. I have a 65” LG C1.
4k 120 was the first thing I set.
Halo reach looked and felt amazing.
I still got the 360 Reach n went back to it. Its a night n day difference between it n the MCC version with upgrades.

Halo CE had its visuals restored a couple months ago to look like the original xbox version. You should check it out.

So I bought a new Power A controller.....mostly for just one reason...this shade of green in amazing :ohlawd:

So this controller is fukking amazing...I'm legit in shock how well they replicated the feel of a xbox controller. Only key differences is the weight is lighter, the front feels more plastic smooth compared to the official matte xbox controller finish, and this is not a wireless controller, its wired which comes with a pretty long usb cable. As I'm usually using fightsticks and playing retro consoles a wired controller is no big deal to me, but be mindful of that if you prefer wireless controllers.

Starting with the postives, this is a great controller, the sticks are amazing and feel just like the real thing. The buttons feel very good to touch although raised a tad higher than the official controller. General controller rumble is very strong and responsive. D-Pad is very responsive and feels great to touch, it passed the street fighter test

The clear nob in the middle acts as a volume dial for headphone audio, and as you can see in the pic lights up when a controller is plugged in. It makes controller your audio very convenient when in the middle of gaming. As you can also see in the back, it has two programmable elite controller type extra buttons that you program by using that middle circle button on the top. Comes in handy for fps games....will prolly map jump and reload to these buttons when playing halo.

For the negatives...You lose everything premium about the official triggers, no trigger rumble and lack of that premium feel when pulling down on a official xbox controller. These triggers remind me a lot of the 360 controller triggers. To compensate, the precise rumble is in the base of the controller, so what you would normally feel in the rumble triggers like for example Forza, you feel it in the base of the hold controller when braking, accelerating, etc. So its a loss but something you can get use to. And then as I mentioned earlier, if you need wireless controllers this ain't for you....its a long cable but still a cable and depending on your home setup that might be an issue for you. A personal negative for me is the lack of weight....I've grown accustom to controllers having a hefty weight to them, feels more premium and this is a very light controller, in turn makes it feel a tad more "toy" ish.

So final review? I love it. Probably the best third party controller I've used, Power A really nailed this one which makes since as they are pros at making nintendo switch controllers now, so going for as close to authentic as possible is their thing. For 40 dollars and the colors it comes in, I gotta recommend it. Especially if you're like me and need a color Microsoft doesn't provide, the official green they use is too yellow tinted for my taste and I prefer this jade type shade of green

And for only 40 dollars, I'm definitely getting another one for to make my main PC controller..prolly the spectra edition which looks sick and has customizable LED backlighting
