ya I’ll have to…I still have my OG elite controller…I can hear these shyts with my headset on…granted it’s not cranked up…I thought it was bcuz it’s new and that it’d be broken in with time but it’s almost like it’s gotten louder…I read there are folks paying 2x as much to a 3rd party company to “fix” them smh

Doesn't look like it. If I'm understanding it correctly it seems like the Insider stuff is tied specifically to activities done on the device that it's installed on
