Wow that's not a terrible photoshop at all, it's not perfectly straight but there's plenty of barbers that would leave it a little off like that, and that would still be 1000x better than what it looked like before. But yea that shows perfectly how he just needs a good barber, and yea most of these dudes either need to give some hair plugs a shot, which wouldn't work for 99% of them, but at least go down swinging or just accept the inevitable like you said and shave it all off, it might not look too good on them but it's better than looking pathetic by trying to hold onto scraps.
