The worlds oldest debate: Superman vs Goku

Superman is generally considered to be about as strong as the average Namek, only with vastly increased survivability, and no regenerative abilities.

Goku, as early as the beginning of the Namek saga, was way way waaaaaaaaaaay stronger than that.

I'm not even really sure how this is debatable, unless you Superman guys are strictly talking about an incarnation of Superman that hasn't existed in half a century (silver age), and flatly ignoring every other incarnation. If that's the case, then I think we can all agree.

Silver-Age Superman > Goku.
Goku > every other version of Superman.

Goku's fastest technique is Instant Transmission. It allows him to instantly teleport from one place to another as long as he can feel someone's Ki. He can combine this technique with the Kamehameha and the Spirit Bomb to surprise his opponent with an attack suddenly up close. Just my opinion based on observation. Just like everyone else's here. He did take out the moon pretty easily though, before even going to Namek or fusing with anyone. Could Superman from the movies one-shot the moon? Oh wait, according to you guys, that superman never happened / doesn't exist. DC ended the Superman lore in the 50's when the Silver Age of comics ended.

Again, everyone who *wants* Superman to win, focuses only on Silver Age Superman, as though there aren't dozens of other incarnations that would lose to Goku, rather easily. I've already conceded the fact that Silver Age Superman wins this, not sure why you guys are still going on about a supernova and a dude who sneezes out universes when we already agree on that. I'm just waiting for someone on the Superman side to acknowledge that if we talk about any other version of Superman, that Goku takes this.

My man I'm convinced that there's no way either of us is gonna convince the other, but you gotta be consistent. First you said, "No he can't he needs ships." then when I provided proof you were like, "Well ok he can but it's useless anyway." C'mon man, stop moving the goal post.
