the ball did not hit his hand because he lead with his leg, he CLEARLY moved his arm and hand palm facing down and slapped it...

The penalty is 50/50 which means the first decision shouldnt have been changed

that logic only applies if you don't have VAR and the ref has to make a snap decision, then yeah i would agree that he should go with his first instinct. but there was nothing 50/50 about that handball after replay. you can clearly see he knew what he was doing and moved his hand towards the ball.
