Can't maintain that intensity in a final for too long. They have to play in burst. They'll be back in the 2nd and when they make subs.

They get tired and Japan will open them up. It's hard to defend a team like Japan who can make the ball do all the work. Better off being organized and picking their spots. Japan are really like Barcelona in 2009.

That is true. It just seems that they were opening a little to much which is dangerous with a team like Japan. You don't want to get complacent playing this team as Japan can move the ball quickly as you've mentioned. Im hoping to see Sydney Leroux this second half as she add some great speed on the offensive and defensive side of the ball.

Breh!!! This team has too much talent. Just too much. I knew they were holding back. Now everything is coming together.

Maybe they'll start building up young girls from non semi to outright privileged backgrounds. That is my main problem with usa women's soccer.
