God of War was the closest but it didn't hit those highs.

Red Dead 2 epilogue took me out of it. If it had ended with Arthur dying I would of had it up there.

Having said that the I still understand why the epilogue needed to happen.

I've never played an AC game, should I cop Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla?

If it's on sale I say go for it. But fair warning, I'm a casual.
