I questioned that too but it's will Smith walking up to Chris rock after a joke, Security probably thought nothing of it or thought it was something staged

We've seen other celebrities jump on stage before without security getting involved. I think the most famous example was kanye and Taylor swift, there was no security for that from what i remember and ye is a black man drunk off a bottle of Henny walking up to the whitest woman in america

That's Will Smith sitting front and center and walking on the stage not just any ole somebody off the street. Plus this year was like a living room setting not the full blown stage and audience like in years past. Why would Chris Rock work his ass off in comedy, television, and film over the past thirty plus years to agree to get bytch slapped in front of a worldwide audience? Nobody still watched the Oscars. This was all second hand "guess what happened at the Oscars" shyt. How are they going to 1 up this next year? An actor is going to get shot or stabbed live on stage?
