That's what one or two white chiefs out of hundreds in Ghana. The most important thing is the political infrastructure, which is all black.
I'm not familiar with Ghana's culture or society, particularly the importance of chiefdom, so I'll gladly sit back and learn from you, Coli Ghanaians and anyone else who knows better.
