No one is hating on A Lonely Night. That is the closest to MJ I have heard since he passed. I could not believe my own ears when I first heard it.How are people disliking A Lonely Night?

Everything else is good to great. I'm glad I didn't venture into this thread until after I listened to this album myself though. It's much easier to formulate a true opinion on shyt without reading stan reactions before hand.

I like Belong to the World a lot more than Love to Lay. It's like the PG version of a better song he's done... But that's how a lot of his shyt is now. Tamed and safer versions of his real shyt.
PND isn't good, I don't get why people hype him at all.

He got nothing on here that sounds like it's from his soul though b. I think you seriously underrating a ton of his shyt. Then again, you probably like the more poppy Weeknd.It absolutely is. It's on par with his other albums, but Daft Punk really curved the mood by opening and closing the project, which helps give it the edge over his other work. And I Feel It Coming is the best track on the album.

I liked it. I just think he held himself back a bit in order to be more mainstream. Some of these songs are just really not interesting. Too many of them follow the same format lyrically and I dont think he needed to do that. Reminder is fire tho. Wish he would have kept that vibe more throughout the album.
