It was always gon pass the House. It needs 60 votes in the Senate which probably won’t happen. Honestly, I’ve always felt the DC Statehood question needs the energy of the other territories’ non-voting status to bring more pressure to bear.

It’ll never get past the Senate thanks to the filibuster. Ditto the Voting Rights Act, the Police Reform Bill, etc.
