The Visit was sum good shyt, saw it opening weekend. Probably my most underrated movie this year I saw at the movies along with The Gift. And I have seen damn near everything. Going to see it again next week. Saw Black Mass last night, going to see Scorch Trials in a few

I go into movies blind as fukk. I dont watch much TV so I dont watch many trailers. I literally go based on the recommendations of a few trusted friends. And i tell them to reveal nothing about the plot sometimes this strategy works other time it doesnt (Black Mass was awful).

Anyways i watch movies with a clean palate and this was no different. I didn't know M Night Shamalamadingdong was directing because we walked in just after the opening credits so i didn't expect any plot twists. I first thought they was some straight up supernatural characters. So in that mindframe the movie was good. If i would have knew the director, i would have seen the twist from a mile away. My wife really enjoyed it because she is easily scared. So it was a good flick for our date night.
