Keep in mind that even RIGHT NOW, child marriage is a thing that happens in other countries. Is it possible that they were 11 and 9 years old at the time and over the years they've been aged up?

Again keep in mind that a "man" in Jewish tradition is 12 or 13 years old. If his "wife" is 3 or 4 years younger than him, she's literally a small child. It's impossible for a child that young to be pregnant.
