However, this is just gross all around to layoff 2000 employees after becoming the richest company in the world and hitting record high stock prices. Microsoft is a good company to own stock in, but there's no way morale is positive at Microsoft gaming. It's funny that they haven't put guys like Booty, Phil, and Greenberg on the chopping block when their results lead to these cuts.
