In the last 10 games, the LA Clippers have the 2nd best defensive rating in the NBA ahead of teams like the Lakers, Timberwolves, and Celtics. They're only 0.1 DRTG points behind the OKC Thunder.

Looks like the Clippers have found their identity. A team that beats you offensively through ISOs with Kawhi Leonard, Paul George and James Harden (who can win their respective matches on any given night) and then punch you in the teeth with their defensive effort.

Offense is so much better with Harden and running it instead of Kawhi/PG ISO. Russ & Harden finally didn't share the court last night.

This was big right here. Separate the two on the court and keep it pushing. Our defensive effort is stepping too which is great

He’s played the first 20 games of the season. I don’t think that nikka has been this available since 7th grade

I think anyone with a pulse knew that Tucker needed to be benched. The numbers bore out that Russ and Harden couldn't play together.

I think probably half the coaches in the league probably realized what adjustments needed to be made. But the majority of them don't have the cache to go to Russ and sit him down.

I was mostly joking because of the harden/Russ minutes last game. They're finally a +1 in minutes played together now.

Tbh that rookie pf whatshisface should probably just have Tucker's minutes. They're both mostly trash offensively but at least the rookie wouldn't mope when yanked.

Once Plumlee returns, i suspect they may experiment with Theis as the backup 4, esp with how he's shot the 3-ball so far. Harden/Mann/PG/Kawhi/Zu/Russ/Norm/Theis/Plum will likely be their 9-man rotation.

You had to give him a minute on Russ & Harden not playing together as well as every other move they had to try out. PJ needs to be traded and I never liked him taking minutes from Kobe Brown. Wish Bones was still in the rotation. Things are starting to turn around for the better tho. Hopefully this PG injury is minor

Nah, he's beyond washed. Keep developing Kobe Brown with those minutes

There's literally no minutes for Bones right now. They would need to sit or trade Norm or Russ. Both are helping the team win so I'm not advocating that. But at the same time I don't think we skip a beat if Bones moved ahead of Norm or Russ in the lineup plus we would be building for the future right along with being in win now mode.

I think you're higher on Bones than I am plus I'm a Norm apologist. Russ is way better defensively, much better defensively, and a better passer than Bones.

We saw what happened to the warriors when they tried to play two timelines. Bones, Amir, and BB need to just stay ready cause given this teams history they'll get their chances.

I think we need to do some kind of a consolidation trade — so whether that's Amir, Norm, Bones, Boston, or Primo. Idk if anyone wants PJ.

These are all pretty good problems to have given how we looked during the losing streak.
