Damn guys just after the high of signing Dragic this shyt with Bosh happens.
I almost feel like we should tank and just rest Wade. Of course give guys like Dragic time to learn the system. We're going to be missing arguably our 2nd best player.

In the past seven drafts(2008-2014), four teams have drafted in the top 3 after finishing with the 8th or 9th worst record. If the season ended today, Indiana would finish as the 9th worst record, we're currently 1-2 games ahead of them. Losing Bosh hurts; while the Pistons and possibly the Pacers will get better(assuming PG can be good come March), so it's not crazy to see Miami miss the offs and wind up drafting Russell or Towns.

This team was under .500 with Wade and Bosh, and Wade will at some point get hurt and miss 5-10 games. Also Bosh being hurt, means Whiteside will have to help the 4 on defense more and likely lead to more foul games. This season can still go either way, it wouldn't shock me if we finish as a 8th seed or as a 12th seed. Regardless of what happens, hopefully Whiteside gets more touches and we see what he can do in the post.

Even though Spo is a retard, he will be forced to give Russell minutes eventually. This year Whiteside and Napier were getting minutes sparingly, but the Cole/Chalmers and our bigs kept getting exposed, which opened the door to them. Next year Wade is a given to miss 20+ games and will be older, while our bench will still be bad, so Russell(if we're able to pick him) will get PT whether by November or Febuary.
