Gotta remember that blacks in America dont view themselves as part of the global African family & you gotta respect that.
Most view themselves as members of the Euro-American empiren and I respect it... thats their culture.

Africans are 1 billion deep worldwide.

We got the continent and the caribbean.

If theyre not African, its cool bro.... Theyre a multi-racial tribe similar to Dominicans.

Dominicans also don't view themselves as part of the African family - and that's fine.

Our squad is already deep.

I fully understand what you're saying.

My only problem is them using BLACK, I love them calling each other ADOS/DOS coz that's unambiguous and refers to their unique history.

But when they start talking about a person can be African and NOT black..:mjlol:

African means Black, Black means African.

Tunisians, Egyptians, Algerians etc are Arab berbers, they're not African.

But I understand exactly what you're saying, we're 1.5 billion, ADOS is barely 60million people.

So I'll concede that American descendant of Enslaved People is its own identity and mixed race.

Now stop taking jabs at Africa and Africans and we'll call it a day :francis::yeshrug:

Yeah, I seen a guy in the thread saying white women can create black babies.

Its their culture & I respect it.

Also gotta remember if the US government ever decides to flex on a black nation again like when they invaded Haiti in 1915.... Alot of our Black American brothers are members of the military and will be shooting our people.

I still view them as cousins - but theyre in a very unique situation.

But I think if Africa rose back to power - many would switch sides and claim Africa.

If America collapsed, they would also switch sides.

It all comes down to power & geopolitics.

Fully agreed. The greatest African centred scholar I ever came across is a Black American though. Dr Amos N Wilson.

The issue is when people start talking greasy about Africa, talking about South African blacks are genetically weak and all that sucka shytt.

They are a mixed race group. They carry sickle cell like the mixed Greeks.

Some have argued that WWI’s main agenda was to knock the darker Turks off the map as a World Power. Remember that Turkey is the reason why Ethiopia had the modern weaponry to repulse the Italians, and remain uncolonized. They presented a major threat to the complete dominance of the Anglosphere.

This narrative that Ethiopia wasn't colonized because they where strong is false. They where not colonized because they enjoyed support from Europe and America, as a reward for allowing the Europeans to establish themselves in East Africa and having had relations with them since the 15th century. It wouldn't surprise if it was the habesh that facilitated the colonization of the whole of Africa with their European/Christian friends.

This revised version of history where the habesh is some kind of symbol of black strength amazes me, since the Ethiopian royal family didn't even consider themselves to be black. :heh:

You think a Zulu doesn't view an Igbo as black :mjlol::russ:

Where yall get this shyt from :pachaha::deadmanny:
A ,Zulu will see an igbo as an igbo, different from Zulu.

:unimpressed:

You know exactly what I mean. Africans will separate different types of black folk into different groups and set the bar for what's considered black, but then get offended when ados separate ourselves because we're finally realizing that pan African bullshyt has always been a one way street.

As far as Africans being Black (in the modern sense), that's a relatively recent development. They've had their own ethnic groups for millenia. Black people are a unique ethnic group unto ourselves. Africans coming over here claiming to be Black is as ridiculous as one of us going over there and claiming to be Zulu.

Facts.

In Africa nobody is just "black"

They are black when they come over here and want to benefit from what we fought to achieve, but most do not view us as their people. Most don't even view us as equal, they look down on us.

Only recently now that the same energy has been given, and we label ourselves as different, something foreign gang been telling us for decades, now they wanna cry about it.

:ohhh::whoa: Oh my!

:feedme:
So the Habesha....are in fact in cahoots with the Whites! Dr. Chancellor Williams gave it to them in his book, about how they came into Africa as an invading force taking over Axum. It’s strange that of all African nations the one with an identifiably distinct ethnic group (“JEWISH”) is the one who miraculously keeps its sovereignty! The unwarranted worship of their decrepit leaders has always baffled me, esepcially when these people have made it clear that they do not consider themselves Negroes, and point their distinct history in Israel as their heritage.

I notice they alot of development is happening in Ethiopia this last decade, and I wonder just how much of that is going to promote a Habesha supremacy in that nation. I notice that rarely do I see an Oromos (the majority population and the true native Ethiopians who have ties with other Africans) in advantageous positions or immigrants to the West. Only thr Habesha, who you always see trying to make their distinction here in the states.

I cringe every time y'all make statements like this. It's like y'all don't realize how incredibly weak this makes y'all sound.
