Izm radio needs a revamp. They were going in the right direction with the travel show, but they kind of abandoned that concept. How about every week they highlight a black business. Follow up on the spots they visited. The love and hip hop chatter is so lowbrow and beneath Tariq.

revamp? follow up? i think you are expecting too much from one individual to promote numerous businesses on location using a measly $10,000 budget.

that's the way that show has always been, the premise of the show is about what's going in the news and occasionally relationship talk in an hour every week, your expectations are way too high.

I get it but I notice the women are more in their element when they get to discuss raw and authentic subject matter. For instance, Laila mentioned doing “c00n of the day” segment...indicating she might want to take the show in a more serious/conscious direction. But I think Tariq maybe thinks the two ladies don’t have the range to get deep. The show is most interesting when they’re talking about game, relationships, personal experiences etc. with the focus on black business being tacked on

I don’t watch L&HH so I just skip that discussion. All the news story and fukkery going on I don’t really want to hear about Tamar

Are “effeminate” black boys and “masculine” black girls treated better by the white supremacists? Is that an actual thing cause I’ve NEVER seen that in school. In fact, I’ve seen them get singled out worse by a WS teacher because they’re so ostracized. I agree with Tariq like 95% of the time but his theories regarding black gays are his own conjecture

Tariq's broadcast and live shows are gettin more and more radical/ militant/ whatever you wanna call it.......... its the natural progression to the course he's taken in life.... I like it.... and I'm sure he's knows the path he's decided upon taking. May that breh be safe and continue to shine light on the dark. Bring Truth to power.... :ehh:

90% of blacks in corporate America are moist. Hiring a gay black checks off two boxes and is a safe option around their women.

I don’t dispute that to s degree. However, as far as children/adolescents are concerned. You think they get preferential treatment from the WS? Because I was treated just at worse as my heterosexual counterparts. Someone’s orientation (something you can’t see) doesn’t cancel out their blackness. I’ve been on jobs where the more effeminate brutha was mercilessly bullied by the WS male and female because he wasn’t “manly” enough or talked to the white women. It was actually (straight) black men that looked out for them when they had no allies.
