Most the black people with actual talent work for other companies and probably dont freelance so he is probably stuck with dudes who only do work for basic mom and pop businesses. Look at how that database site got taken down so quickly. Im sure dude who made it doesnt know much about security.

Speaking as a tech guy who works for a large company, what he's asking for, which is essentially a Facebook copy, is easily gonna be a couple thousand per month per person.

At the end of the day being in tech you'd know that you cant put a dollar amount on good development if there is no proper methodology and governance on the development.

Tariq could have paid 100 racks a yr to a team of devs and it would still be trash without proper governance.

Actual coding is the easy part hence why most companies off shore development.
