when i found out that you have to connect seemingly separate puzzles i literally 
i have not done the Pink Floyd easter egg yet but i did do the statue and the clock...had to youtube both of those.

Is it harder than the Portal games? Did you play the DLC too?
the thing about Talos is that there are some things that you just won't figure out on your own.
in most games when you get to a puzzle it's a stand alone thing...not so with this game.
you'll see what i mean when you get to it.
also, there were a few times when i did not know i could use certain objects or enemies to solve a puzzle.
it's a challenging game but very fun.
I think some of the more challenging puzzles are harder than anything in Portal
