Seeing his mid pull up off the dribble is super promising to me. It’s just a good indicator of overall game. I’m optimistic

That's the one thing I saw that made me see dude has a chance. The ability to hit a jumper off the dribble is extremely important
Yeah his pull up is super fluid and natural...it makes you wonder why the hell his spot up jumper release is so damn slow lol ... i have to think thats just a repetition thing and the more comfortable/confident he gets in the shyt ..the quicker he'll let it fly like his pull-up ... but yeah I'm not going to lie he looked super stiff at FSU hopefully that was just due to him playing a role and in the league our coaches will allow him to actually play his game more openly
It's like his go to move too ..he's extremely confident in it and he knocks them down with consistency... if he can do that on the next level it will unlock so much for his rim attack game ... I can see him coming on a Dribble Hand Off from Lauri or Carter and being a problem going downhill with force or pulling up midrange ...and if he can stretch that off the dribble shooting to 3 range it'll be ugly for nikkas ...but he's a long way away from that

I remember getting excited watching chandler Hutchinson highlights smh got to real game time and a his holes was exposed. If you got it you got it. So it's hard for me to look at highlights and make an assessment.

Right now AK has my trust. Who knows a few years from now Williams and the guy he stashed over seas could be stars for us. I'm just waiting and seeing. Watching how things come into fruition.
Seeing these guys with a competent NBA coach is what I'm looking forward to the most. Then we'll really know where everyone stands as far as talent and playing together. People talking about tanking for next year's draft, but the way AK talking, he doesn't plan on going that route. Makes me wonder what he has planned.

I think AK is evaluating players under Billy d 1st. If they not getting it right then he go start flipping players.
If they do get it and we make the playoffs then I think they clear the cap space for 2 max slots and make they big roster changes next year
Pretty much. If we end up back in the lottery next draft I expect a lot big changes to the roster. The East is looking tough this year so Idk about the playoffs. We need more from our "core" players especially Wendell and Lauri. I'm still expecting a couple more small moves from the Bulls in during this FA so I guess we'll see.

A more athletic Deng is easily worth the 4th. Lack of high level athleticism was the only thing that held Loul back from being a low level star(that and the lack of handle)
I think he can be like a bigger Jaylen Brown, another athletic dude who was raw but learned to become a strong scorer. His form is nice but he just needs to speed it up. He strong as hell too, dudes bounce off him when he drives....looks like he has really good core strength and lower body too
