Finally Pat got the greenlight, he shoulda been getting 10-12 shots all year. He has produced when given opportunities, I know he doesnt wanna step on toes and force things but he needs to be aggressive....if there are 2-3 ill advised shots, so be it

The only way we will have a chance of being better than a mediocre low seed playoff squad is if Pat blossoms by year 3. Dude really should be the priority next year since he is the only potential high level 2 way player

I always thought Ben was overrated kinda but I wonder if Philly would take Zach for Simmons

We need more defense and hi level playmaking and Ben can provide both

Coby can just concentrate on shooting/scoring

Ben would just create another problem, and lower the ceiling of this team, IMO. We can probably bear to get someone less expensive that can still do both.

I hate the fact he doesnt shoot 3s but we would have every other position that could take care of that

Who is a cheaper option that provides DPOY level defense with high level playmaking?

Also not sure how the ceiling is lowered?

I would have liked that before the Vucevic trade but with reduced resources to help build the team out around Ben I don't think it makes sense anymore ... A blow up this summer with our picks and Ben could have been interesting

We'd probably be taxed for Ben and I believe that his inability and/or unwillingness to shoot the 3 would create a team that is worse than what we have currently, it puts a strain on the rest of the team.

I'd be happy with an above average defender and an capable playmaker if anything. Guys like Lowry, Conley, etc will become available at some point
