4.5/5 but those last 10 minutes were a bit too much :dead:

We lost a breh and his pawg that left the theatre with 20 minutes to go :russ:

During that final scene on stage, I couldn’t help but think of the South Park episode with Britney Spears when she performs post shotgun blast :dead:

Really wish I was able to see this with a larger audience. Hearing about all of the walk-outs on social media just makes me want a proper re-release of ‘The Thing’ even more now.

This shyt went wild at the end. How did old demi get so strong throwing sue around?? Still trying to process it all but 4 people walking out of the theater had me crying

:russ:

yeah depending on how the next few flicks I watch in the theater go...

this will probably end up being in my top 3 of 2024 :wow:
Oddity was my begrudging top pick for Horror but this came through and sprayed bodily fluids all over that shyt :damn:

This shyt is baby's first body horror. I dig it but it really is just a mash up of influences; Cronenberg and Society obviously, but also Carrie, Kubrick, The Neon Demon, and probably some other shyt i'm forgetting.

It's a little too on the nose for me (calling Dennis Quaid's character Harvey...c'mon bruh :unimpressed: )

But it had good spirit at least.
