Come on fam, everything you just typed is pure nonsense...People just like to hate on what's new, and as much as I hate to say it a lot of people just hate on the new trilogy because of animosity towards feminists or some shyt.
You could make an argument for Episode III, but there's no way Episodes I or II are better than the current movies.

Lastly, Padme did not die for no reason, Palpatine killed her to complete Anakin's Vader transformation...Palpatine said it himself, he learned from Plagueis how to manipulate the force to save the ones he loved, take a life to give life...And listen to Vader after Palpatine tells him his anger killed her, Vader says he felt her still alive and couldn't have killed her, then Palpatine smiles...

Sequel Trilogy - Terrible ideas, good execution
As far as dialogue, acting and actual filmmaking technique the Sequel Trilogy is easily better than the Prequels. But as far as introducing interesting ideas, new concepts, detailed world building, a well-thought out plot and having an overarching story that all three films play a role in, the prequels were better.
You can just tell Abrams and Rian Johnson were just making shyt up as they went along, with a half assed, incomplete backstory and lazy world building. They’re just naturally better technical writers and filmmakers than Lucas so they were better at covering those aspects up.
Disney really should’ve brought Lucas in as a story consultant to give them an overall blueprint and making sure everything is consistent with the previous films while having Abrams and Johnson handle the actual filmmaking.
That’s why The Empire Strikes Back is the GOAT Star Wars movie. Lucas handled the overall story and helped frame how it fit with the trilogy. Better writers and a better director handled the actual execution
