The Sopranos Series - Re-Watch (Spoilers!!!)

I been watching the wholw show over the past month and i gotta say it def is the goat show of all time.

Lil things like paulie calling the younger barisi brother (season 3 i think) who repeats himself a parakeet.

Everyone in the show i like STUCK. Carmella bytches because she relizes tonys money is blood money but still is only happy when he blos huge amounts of cash on her.

Aj is stuck being the idiot son of a mobb boss. He grew up soft and still has his dads panic attacks. Tonys life had him fukking up how he almost killed junior n shyt. Failing to kill himself. That shyt was sad for tony. Imagine walking in and sering that no matter how much we all laughed cuz aj was a fukk up

Tony had to watch his back 24/7. Hitting guys he has deals with. Being a leader to fukkup murderers. His cousin started his whole beef with ny by wavking guys out of line. Tony didnt want to kill his cousin but had to to save his guys. Remember chris had to go inhiding they went to his moms house n everything.

Chris was stuck too. The whole series he says hes going to hell for tony. The emotion when adrianna told him she was a rat was crazy. Chris was fukked from then on. He gave up and just relied on drugs which got him killed. Tony warned him. Many times.

Now looking bavk i almost see the chris kill as a mercy kill rather then tony really being mad.

Tony was a piece of shyt but he had good points to him which is why the show is so fascinating. There really is no bad guy in the sopranos. Just a seriws of situations that soiral out of control.

Tony stole that one guys business (t2 guy) and burnt arties shop down but he burnt arties rest. To save arties business. Artie ended up losing 50k of tonys money n tony didnt come collect either. In the end they were still friends.

You start to see the good in tony as time goes on. "Its a thankless job"

As far as my fav characters: tony. Chris. Junior. Paulie. Bobby. Sil...

Everyone of them were bad people (altho bobby was Another victim of his upbringing who actually cherished his wife and didnt kill anyone until tony made himfor kicking his ass).

Paulie snuffing old ladys in the night. Hea still one of the best characters. I was happy to aee him live.

You loved everuone on that show. It shows u how no matter how bad people may be, someone loves them.

Great show. Really is tops.

This show is one of my favorite shows that I can watch over and over and never get tired of it.

I never knew this was actually about George W. Bush. Little Carmine is Dubya... that "The fundamental question is, will I be effective as a boss like my dad was? And I will be. Even more so. But until I am, it's gonna be hard to verify that I think I'll be more effective" at the end is almost identical to something Dubya said

And Rusty sucking up to Little Carmine, talking about he had a quadruple bypass, and encouraging Little Carmine to make a pre-emptive attack on Johnny Sack, is supposed to be dikk Cheney. Cheney had a quadruple bypass too, and you know he's the one who encouraged Dubya to invade Iraq

Ahhh interesting. Never picked up on that one.

Just recently realized after my last watch through how anytime Tony spoke to someone who was wired up, he was either extremely vague with his answers, or would jus ignore the questions and change the subject completely. He either had a 6th sense for that shyt, or legit didn't care or wasn't paying attention to what they were saying

Found an example

There was no evidence that we saw that would suggest that Jimmy Altieri was an informant. Tony had cleverly planted the seed of doubt into Junior's head that pork chop boy was wearing a wire this may have been partly down to the fact that Tony did not want to face up to facts that the real informant was his close friend Big Pu$$y. Junior had been convinced after a capos meeting that Altieri was the informant this was probably down to Altieri asking the wrong questions during the sit down. Tony may have predict Altieri would act how he did during the meeting which would play into Tony hands.

Yo that conversation between Albert and Richie about making a move on Tony had me dying. You could tell as the conversation went on that Ralphie found it harder and harder to refrain from caving Albert's skull in because of the way he talked.

This is my favorite scene in the series. Ralph comes to see Tony after Jackie Jr's botched robbery. Both guys know that JJ has to be killed but neither wants it on his conscience. It's a subtle chess match in how they dance around the subject but ultimately Tony is the boss and Ralph has to do what he implies even if it means killing his GF's only son.

Just below The Wire & always will be, season 4 was a straight shambles besides the finale & they pushed that Vito gay agenda for too many episodes but enjoyed everything else....season 5 was the best amongst them all IMO.

When that show finished, it was like i was part of the family brehs.....

Agreed, they both were. It was left ambiguous to us as an audience because it is ambiguous in the Sopranos universe. Look how many rats there were in Tony's sphere alone: Eugene, Raymond, Adriana, p*ssy, Jimmy, Jimmy Petrille in Brooklyn....

I felt bad for the guy eugene who killed himself cause he wanted out and they wouldnt let him. Rather than rat he offer himself and left his family with the millions of dollars.

That hanging scene was vicious. I hated tony for not letting him go wven after eugene gave tony family money.
