Jackie Jr. had to go. Tony tried to keep him straight but he wanted to be gangster. There was no way Tony or Ralph could give him a pass after killing Sunshine, and shooting at a room full of made guys. Ralph would’ve lost all respect of his crew and the rest of the family. Far as them comforting Rosalie, that’s how these guys operate.

That’s what always bothered me about Phil and how he took his brother being killed. He killed Angelo, a father and grandfather without a second thought. His brother got killed because of it, once Tony B was dead the score was settled.

The mother vs. son story line in S1 was probably the best individual story line of the show....I was blown away the first time I saw her green light the hit on Tony.
