tony is a crime boss, a sociopath nut job with severe anger issues and violent tendencies. you can't always count on a guy like that to make the rational, moral decision each and every time.

if you say the wrong thing or just rub him the wrong way in that moment who knows what he's capable of. with the exception of his wife and kids all bets were off.

One of the biggest examples was when he beat the shyt out of dude with the phone. He was already tight about his mom and dude annoying him was the last straw.

Sopranos went to a black screen in the biggest moment in the show on purpose after building it up. WORST ENDING EVER.

I only watched a few seasons, but you should read the explanations for what happened. He got whacked and he never saw it coming. That was the point.

The fact that people say worst ending ever on sopranos is just lazy watching. They call back to the fade to black convo when they hiding in the crib ar on his chest. Why do you think they did that... to help dumb people connect the dots.

It brought shock. Cuz after yur initial wtf happened you realize he was murdered. My heart sank. Perfect execution. Some people are in denial about that but it was the most fitting way to send out that show. Sitting round bis family. We shoulda known that was the way itd go down all along cuz that was the heart of the show and the most popular mafia murder plotpoint in film.

Always thought it was overated, a whole lot of nothing happened over the 8 seasons, they were always about to war and then didnt cause they talked it out or made some compromise. foh and it was always trying to be on some pseudointelectual bullshyt like tonys dreams that made no sense and had no "deeper meaning" but everyone acted like it was so brilliant. The wire shyts on it. Breaking bad shyts on it

and the garbage ending was also on some trying to be too clever bullshyt
