That looks fine and dandy, but Cleveland magically got the first pick when LeBron came out. Then got the top pick AGAIN after he left. Chicago got the #1 when Rose came out. Hornets after Chris Paul got traded. All coincidence though, right?

If another team got the top pick those years you'll come up with another theory as to why they got it. I can't take conspiracy theorists like you seriously. The league does not even handle the draft lottery, an independent law firm does it, and there are 14 team representatives present at the draw.
