Like I told folks on here that Bulls team wasn't coming off of a long playoff run and a championship. MJ had only played a little over 20 games in two years including playoffs. Pip hadn't been out the second round in two years and Rodman went to the conference finals with the Spurs the year before. But Ron Haper had only played like a total of about 17 playoff games in 3 years with the clippers and the Bulls before the 72 win season.
So that Bulls team was very fresh especially their best player MJ.
