We have our phones that can locate us within 6 feet of where we are standing, our tablets can do the same, we have advertising on this very site that does focused advertising based on your views and what you search by way of Adsense and other search engines. Everything you damn near do in this digital world is data mined. Not saying that this is right but as far as things 'paying attention' to you for the government's sake, a gaming console ranks quite low on that totem pole.
