Zangief vs Guile 2: Electric Bugaloo
US fought Iraq for the "War on Terror", not at the behest of an ally or agreement there. And I'm not concerned about Ukraine's feelings. Let them hold their own nutsYou could say the same thing about the Kurds in Northern Syrian and Iraq territory, mainly because they're not see as an official country, but we share strong ties with them to the point of military and financial backing. However, when Turkey invaded in late 2018 we pulled out because staying to help fight would mean WWIII for sure considering Turkey's disposition as an "ally".
And if we don't help Ukraine they will definitely feel some type of way about us.
$448.8 million in 2020Can we afford to go to war? Do you really think the American people will be cool with ANOTHER foreign engagement? NATO's entire purpose was to contain the soviets, aint no soviets anymore and Russia is trying to let its nuts hang. The rest of the countries in NATO can handle it and the UN peacekeeping force can help. The maximum level of involvement for America should be sending some of the surplus hardware here over to them. No troops should be setting foot on that soil.
How fukking stupid do we look blowing up the budget again while kids can't even get school lunches and covid is going ham on certain states and thats to say nothing about the threat of climate change. We need a project to fight climate change that makes the Manhattan project and the moon landing goal look like a small get together.
It’s about to happenUkraine was apart of the soviet union..gaining independence in 1991 after it collapsed.
Back in like 2014 a Ukrainian president wanted to implement pro Russia policies..Basically to be a soviet puppet state and most of the country was " "

Seriously. This just smells like a smokescreen. They are trying to distract us from the fact that shyt is breaking down here talmbout some damn "but what about our allies?" Like the UN and NATO don't exist and the EU won't do shyt. Let them handle it. Its on their continent, they need to be the ones first and foremost to check the Russians ESPECIALLY since they're the ones who should be hammering out the trade deals for Russian petroleum(which shouldn't even be a factor anymore since more EU countries are trying to switch to nuclear and renewable for energy) Russia doesn't have the leverage they once had so they can get that work from the EU. Leave us out of it.US fought Iraq for the "War on Terror", not at the behest of an ally or agreement there. And I'm not concerned about Ukraine's feelings. Let them hold their own nuts
The only ones that benefit from these wars are the military contractors. The average American suffers every time we get involved in this bullshyt.Warmongering makes money, so to answer your first question, yes and no. While tax dollars could be going towards more advanced infrastructure and other necessities, it'll go toward weapons and the military instead.
Biden doesn't seem different from any other president whose occupied foreign territory for the "sake of others", but maybe he'll look the other way.
Let our allies get murked?
