Yo bro like honestly I cant understand these volunteers man the propagand really got to them. Its one thing to be a professional merc, ex military getting to the bag. A whole different thing to run into these conflicts green af.

We have the blessing of living in a country with a powerful, professional military, so I dont have to be conscripted. But if push comes to shove and they gotta call us civilians up as reserves in case of WW3, thats understandable go defend the homeland.

But going to assist a third country that my own government isnt even 100 percent backing or allied with, and Im not getting paid? With not even fukking ammunition, 10 bullets a clip? Man gtfoh here with that bullshyt!!!

Yea he aint read the fine print, its not like Blackwater or even the Wagner group they fighting against with plausable deniability. Kiev is strapped for cash and they need all the men they could get, you sign that contract they OWN you the same way that the US would, but aint no dishonorable discharge over there, just headshots for percieved traitors. Im seeing they even making some sign indefinite contracts

I believe Putin and a lot of traditionalist extremists in Russia whole point of view is that the dissolution of the Soviet Union is the worst thing to have happened to Russia and they don't view all the new independent former soviet states as really being independent and are merely insurgent territories that need to be reclaimed.

Using the term soviet in that context is an act of defiance to current orthodoxy I believe.I believe Putin said the greatest tragedy in Russian history was the collapse of the Soviet Union.
