This is how all these countries operate honestly. At least, the ones with power.

I think a lot of people believe these people operate on moral stances but the morality is simply the propaganda for the population to consent to their actions.

I think a lot of black folks, given our history don't understand this. We are very emotional and this is not always a bad thing because I think we empathize with others a lot more and is part of the reason we pushed ideas like POC and "allies" with other oppressed groups. As many are learning, other folks don't have this view point and are purely self-interested regardless of who they step on. In that case it can make you food out here. We have a perspective very much based on what is just and right while all the other folks are out here saying fukk that, I just want what benefit me. Even US entrance into WWI was more about money.
