Yeah people are desperate to compare this to WW2

But realistically if war pops off then it'll be closer to WW1. There's no good guys or bad guys in this. It's just going to be some major nations pointlessly fighting in order to not look weak and save face. Ukraine is just a pawn in US, NATO and Russia's powerplays.
This is nothing like the WW1 conflict.

If we are going to be accurate then it’s closer to the Crimea War. A European alliance against Russia and the rights of certain segment of population and a dying Empire.

I’m just interested in seeing how Russian forces would pass through Chernobyl in order to take Kiev. That would be one of the most daring and sophisticated military manoeuvres in the 21st century.:wow:

:mjlol: if you don't get that short pedophile’s dikk out of your mouth

He invaded Ukraine not Germany.

Acting like walking into your backyard is running a marathon:comeon:

China won't jump directly into this war. They have the opportunity to cash in big time, sell goods to both sides and make serious money. This is what America did in WW1 until Germany fukked up. Nike, Apple, and all the other manufacturers won't allow that shyt. China is smart. I doubt they will take Taiwan. Why? They can wait it out, inherit the number one position once the dust settles, then walk into Taiwan when the world has no stomach left for war. That or they help the losing side at towards the end and look like saviors... But this will be a massive fukking war. Possibly the last great war of the White men. WW1 was the war of 3 cousins. WW2 was the Nazi's and Japan. WW3 is the war of an angry old fukk. The last throws of extreme right wingers. America should be scared of Trumps influence and potential to fukk this up, or get reelected and continue the sale of America to his Russian pimp...

Russia ain't looking to dominate Europe much less the world. they just looking to get the US and NATO off their backs. NATO really violated and worst of all did the Ukrainians dirty and got them caught up. Ukraine should have taken a neutral stance like the Fins.
NATO's main mandate is anti Russian, and it have been expanding towards Russia since the collapse of the USSR and even holding military exercises in bordering countries. Most nations would take that as a provocation including the united states.

It's like if china and a few other nations formed a pact to halt the expansion of the united states then wanted Mexico to join and start giving them weapons or holding military exercises in the Caribbean. The US would not let that fly.

Ok, but they've accounted for way more pertaining to cyberwarfare because it's been planned for since 9/11. Yes, there are always openings to exploit but there has been billions in public and private sector spending towards preventing it. If anything, the private sector has benefitted from the pandemic in many ways.
:russ::russ::russ:

You'll be in for a shock. Private industries and a lot of government cybersecurity funds are anything but well funded. They do what they have to as it relates meeting the bare minimum as far regulatory requirements and only AFTER an incident do they invest in more measures.

Also a lot of high profile breaches in the US weren't as high end as you'd expect given the sensitivity of what these organizations handle. That water treatment plant hack in Florida was because didnt change a default password. Target's breach of credit card info was because they gave elevated access to the operators of some systems used by HVAC folks (the last people who need root level access) and they were able to access every cash register in the country.

I could tell you some shyt about my place of work...

Ok breh.

Just for the record, Germans don't view business relationships in the same way that the anglo world does. Also the German sense of morality is more to do with practicalities than preachy naval gazing "principle" (as per the anglo world).

More recently internationally they have (in some corners) learned to parrot US/UK messaging but at the heart the question with them is "macht es sinn?". This coupled with their social tick for strctured negotiation at all levels of society, be that coallition politics, unions and wages, through to betriebsrat repsentation has ingrained this way of thinking in the populace.

Even "german hawks" (if such a thing could even have significant repsentation in modern germany) would opt for "negotiation" first.

Consensus drives modern Germany and so it is unsuprising when they opt for that rather than a more adversarial stance wrt to Russia. That does not mean that those significant softer elements of the German response are "pro russia".

They are a matter-of-fact driven people. With (and here comes the contradiction) a wild, deeply superstitious and illogical layer under that. A wild Beethoven if you will. The excessive rules in Germany reign that in and reign them into cooperation first type behaviour. After all "Ordnung musst sein".

I have been living on and off, in Germany for a long time now and I speak German.

Can you please translate all the German terms to English?

Your post is very insightful about the mentality of modern Germany.

And can you give an expansive breakdown of the ideological differences between SPD, CDU and Green Party? Wanna fact-check a few things with things I read.

[fukk me I’ve been typing “SDC/CDC” all day when it’s SPD/CDU].

Dumbass Biden and his administration ending the keystone pipeline is disastrous. Absolutely idiotic decision that any rational person already knew. Absolute idiot.

No way there European countries don't keep buying Russian oil. Absolutely disastrous and unforgivable decision.

The keystone pipeline on a whole different continent was gonna provide cheaper energy to Europe than the Russian pipeline that’s right next door?

Please show your work on this.
